COST, METHODS, AND TIMEFRAME FOR DELIVERY AND PRODUCT COLLECTION
1.1. Delivery of the Product to the Customer is subject to a fee unless the Sales Agreement specifies otherwise. Delivery costs (including transport, shipping, and postal fees) are presented to the Customer on the Online Store’s pages in the delivery cost information section and during the placement of the Order, including at the time the Customer expresses the intention to enter into a Sales Agreement.
1.2. Personal collection of the Product by the Customer is free of charge.
1.3. The Seller offers the Customer the following methods of delivery or collection of the Product:
- Courier shipment or cash-on-delivery courier shipment.
- Shipment to an InPost parcel locker, as specified by the Customer or to the nearest parcel locker to the Customer’s address.
- Personal collection available at the address: Łąka 260M, 36-004 Łąka – on Business Days, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
1.4. The delivery time for the Product to the Customer is up to 14 Business Days unless a shorter timeframe is specified in the description of the Product or during the placement of the Order. For Products with different delivery timeframes, the delivery time is the longest stated timeframe, which, however, may not exceed 14 Business Days. The start of the delivery timeframe is calculated as follows:
- If the Customer chooses bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment by card – from the date the Seller’s bank or settlement account is credited.
- If the Customer chooses cash-on-delivery payment – from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement.
- If the Customer chooses leasing payment – from the date the leasing provider informs the Seller about the conclusion of a leasing agreement with the Customer, but no later than the date the Seller’s bank account is credited with the funds from the leasing granted to the Customer.
1.5. The readiness of the Product for collection by the Customer – if the Customer opts for personal collection, the Product will be ready for collection within 1 Business Day unless a shorter timeframe is specified in the description of the Product or during the placement of the Order. For Products with different readiness timeframes, the timeframe for readiness is the longest stated timeframe, which, however, may not exceed 1 Business Day. The Customer will be additionally informed by the Seller when the Product is ready for collection. The start of the readiness timeframe is calculated as follows:
- If the Customer chooses bank transfer, electronic payment, or payment by card – from the date the Seller’s bank or settlement account is credited.
- If the Customer chooses cash payment upon personal collection – from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement.
- If the Customer chooses leasing payment – from the date the leasing provider informs the Seller about the conclusion of a leasing agreement with the Customer, but no later than the date the Seller’s bank account is credited with the funds from the leasing granted to the Customer.
