1.1. The Seller provides the Customer with the following payment methods for the Sales Agreement:
- Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt of the shipment.
- Cash upon Personal Collection: Payment made in cash when collecting the Product in person.
- Bank Transfer: Payment to the Seller’s bank account.
- Leasing Payment: Payment is made in whole or in part from funds provided under a leasing agreement between the Customer and the financier:
- PKO LEASING SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, based in Łódź, Al. Marszałka Edwarda Śmigłego-Rydza 20, 93-238 Łódź, with a share capital of PLN 347,855,660.00 (fully paid), registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000022886, NIP: 7251735694, REGON: 472191767.
- LEASELINK SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in Warsaw, Al. Stanów Zjednoczonych 59, 04-028 Warsaw, with a share capital of PLN 210,600.00, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000477046, NIP: 5272698282, REGON: 146815482.
- Electronic Payments and Credit/Debit Card Payments: Processed via PayU.pl or PayPal.com.
Transactions involving electronic payments and credit/debit cards are processed according to the Customer’s choice via PayU.pl or PayPal.com. These payment services are operated by:
- PayU.pl: PayU S.A., based in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274399, records kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, with a share capital of PLN 4,944,000.00 fully paid, NIP: 7792308495.
- PayPal.com: PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 5th floor, 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449, Luxembourg.
1.2. Payment Terms:
- For bank transfer, electronic payment, or credit/debit card payment, the Customer must complete the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of concluding the Sales Agreement.
- For cash on delivery or cash upon personal collection, payment is due upon receipt of the shipment or Product.
