Withdrawal from the Agreement
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an agreement concluded via the Online Store within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you take possession of the item or when a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you takes possession of the item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may send your statement, for example:

- Electronically via email: skhop24@jazgot.co.uk.
A sample withdrawal form is provided in Annex 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also attached to the Online Store’s Terms and Conditions. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the information concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
If you have received the purchased item, you must send it back or hand it over to us at the address: Łąka 260M, 36-004 Łąka, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the 14-day period has expired. The consumer is responsible for covering the transport costs of returning the item to the seller, which cannot be reimbursed. For Products that cannot be returned via standard postal services (e.g., oversized items), the consumer may incur higher return costs, such as those listed in sample price lists (e.g., https://www.sendit.pl/cennik/cenniki-krajowe/fedex). To determine convenient return costs, we recommend contacting us before returning the items. You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it in a manner other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The provisions concerning consumers outlined on this page apply from January 1, 2021, and for agreements concluded from that date, also to buyers who are natural persons entering into an agreement directly related to their business activity, provided the agreement's content indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, as evidenced particularly by the scope of their business activity made available under the Central Registration and Information on Business.
