Will I receive a VAT invoice for my purchases?
Yes. In order to receive an invoice, please select the 'Company' option in the data form when placing your order and enter your invoice details.
Can I collect my order in person? And if so, where?
Yes, it is possible to collect your order in person from our main warehouse near Rzeszow (36-004, Łąka 260M). The warehouse is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
How can I change my order?
You can only change your order until the courier collects it from us. To do so, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
How long is a proforma valid?
The proforma is valid for 10 days. This is how long the booking will last.
Do you offer a service
Yes, we offer authorised service of trolleys from our own offer, as well as other brands. We service on the territory of Poland, in our headquarters near Rzeszów.
Where can I find confirmation of my order?
The customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail. It is also available in the customer account after logging in.
