The Heli CDD16-950 is a 1600 kg electric pallet stacker with a triplex mast and a lifting height of 5000 mm. It is clearly stronger than lightweight pedestrian stackers. Operator platform and faster warehouse travel

The CDD16-950 has an operator platform, so it is better suited to work with a higher number of travel cycles than a classic pedestrian-only stacker. The maximum travel speed is 6 km/h, both with and without load. In regular rack handling, staging areas and routes between workstations, this shortens travel time and reduces operator fatigue.

This is not a model for occasional pallet lifting once in a while. Its parameters make sense when the stacker is actually used in the warehouse flow: pick up a pallet, transport it, place it on the rack and return for the next one.

Stronger drive and lifting system for heavier work

The wheels and rollers have polyurethane tread, which works well on smooth industrial floors, reduces rolling noise and is gentler on the surface than harder materials used in tougher conditions.

The running system includes one drive wheel, two side wheels and four rollers. The specified turning radius is 1595 / 2010 mm. When choosing this model, it is worth comparing these values with the aisle widths in the warehouse, especially if the stacker will work near high racks and with full-size pallets.

24 V / 280 Ah lead-acid battery and portable charger

The Heli CDD16-950 is equipped with one 24 V lead-acid battery with a capacity of 280 Ah. This capacity is matched to a stacker with an operator platform, stronger drive and a 5000 mm mast. Compared with smaller models with gel batteries or lower-capacity batteries, it provides a larger energy reserve for regular warehouse work.

The charger is portable, so it is not permanently built into the truck. When organising work, a charging area and basic lead-acid battery maintenance should be planned according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Safety and control during operation

The stacker has an electromagnetic brake, electric fork lowering and a CE declaration of conformity. With a model offering 1600 kg capacity and 5000 mm lifting height, calm manoeuvring, correct pallet positioning on the forks and travelling with the load lowered to a safe transport height are especially important.
