Charger 48V/5A for CBD20L3 pallet truck

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR), we present below the safety rules for the use of chargers for pallet truck batteries.

Application

The charger is designed for the safe charging of batteries in electric pallet trucks. It ensures proper power supply and extends battery life when used according to instructions.

Installation and connection

• Connect the charger only to a socket with the appropriate voltage and grounding.
• Use only the cables and plugs supplied with the device.
• Before connecting, ensure that the battery and charger are compatible.
• Do not use the charger if the power cable is damaged.

Operation

• Charge only in well-ventilated rooms, away from heat sources and open flames.
• Do not cover the charger or battery during operation.
• Do not touch the charger contacts with wet hands.
• Stop charging immediately if unusual sounds, burning smells, or overheating occur.
• Do not leave the charger unattended for long periods while in use.

Operating conditions

• Use only indoors in dry rooms at the temperature specified by the manufacturer.
• Do not expose the device to moisture, dust, or weather conditions.

Maintenance

• Clean the housing regularly with a dry, soft cloth.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
• Check cables and plugs regularly.

Transport and storage

• Store in a dry, clean place, away from moisture and dust.
• Protect from shocks and mechanical damage during transport.

Disposal

Used chargers must be taken to an electronic waste collection point or a recycling service for electrical devices. Do not dispose of in household waste.
