Order Placement Procedure
1. Orders can be placed by using the "Add to Cart" function. After each product is added to the cart, the user will be redirected to the "Summary" section. From there, the user can either continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" or proceed to place an order by clicking "Next."
2. To finalize an order, the Customer must complete their order through the online store at www.jazgot.co.uk and select a transaction method from the following three options:
a) Create a Customer Account (register)*
b) Log in (if the Customer already has an account)
c) Use "Quick Shopping" (without registration)
Next, in the "Shipping" section, the Customer must accept the terms of use by clicking "I Agree and Accept the Terms and Conditions." Afterward, by clicking "Next," the Customer selects a payment method and confirms the order by clicking the "Order with Obligation to Pay" button.
*Creating a user account (registration) allows the Customer to track the status of their order.
Clicking the "Buy Now" button means that the Customer places an order with an obligation to pay.
An order placed through the Online Store entails an obligation to pay.
Placing an order constitutes an offer made by the Customer to JAZGOT JAN KRZYWDZIK SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA to conclude a sales agreement for the goods specified in the order.
