Forks for forklift 800 mm

A wide range of forks in our company will allow you to choose the one that meets almost all your needs. We have forks with different types of mountings. Forks are available in dozens of sizes. Customers can find forks in the appropriate strength class with us. The forks are made of high-quality steel, resistant to mechanical wear. The price given in the auction description applies to one fork.

Due to the lifting capacity of the forklift, there are 5 classes of carriages. The type of class will depend on the height at which the lower fork hook is located - type "A" or "B"

How to choose the right fork class?

- to determine the fork class, measure the dimension between the hooks (Fig. H2)

- to determine type "A" or "B", measure the dimension from the bottom of the fork to the top hook (Fig. H1)

- the dimensions taken should be compared with the data from the table below

"Example: dimension H2=382 mm and H1+ 546 forks fit into class 2B"

To ensure safety during work, be careful and check the technical condition of the forks. Helpful rules:

* Forks are a replaceable part, regardless of resistance, they wear out as a result of friction on the ground. Therefore, the thickness of the flat bar should be checked regularly - this affects their load-bearing capacity.

* Avoid lifting loads with the fork tips or only one of them.

* Make sure that the forks are subjected to technical inspections on time - no less than every 12 months.

The forks have a declaration of conformity, necessary to obtain a UDT certificate - a certificate attesting to their quality and safe use.
