Precautions

• Maintenance only by qualified personnel.
• Switch off engine and depressurise system before work.
• Use components compliant with manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain oil cleanliness and system tightness.
• Replace damaged parts immediately, no temporary fixes.

Maintenance

• Regularly check seals, piston rod and cylinder ends.
• Replace seals and worn parts at first signs of wear.
• Monitor hydraulic oil level and quality.

Disposal

Dispose of used cylinders and components at metal, rubber and oil waste collection points in line with local regulations.
