How to choose the right snow chain?

What is crucial here is knowing the size of the tires used in the machine. If we know the size of the tires, we can choose the right chain. The thickness of the rod from which it is made determines its strength. The larger the diameter of the rod, the stronger the snow chain will be. Therefore, it is worth taking into account the frequency of driving and the loads the forklift will be subjected to. It should not be forgotten that a larger diameter of the chain bar will increase the circumference of the entire wheel, so the amount of clearance between the tire and the wheel arch or fender is of great importance.
