Forks for forklift 1150 mm

Due to the load capacity of the forklift, there are five classes of carriages. The class type, either "A" or "B," depends on the height at which the lower fork hook is located.

How to choose the right fork class:

Measure the dimension between the fork hooks (Fig. H2).

Measure the dimension from the bottom of the fork to the top hook (Fig. H1).

Compare the obtained dimensions with the data in the table below.

Example: If dimension H2 = 382 mm and H1 + 546, the forks fall into class 2B.

To ensure safety during work, caution should be exercised, and the technical condition of the forks should be regularly checked.

Helpful guidelines:

Forks are a replaceable part and, regardless of resistance, wear out due to friction on the ground. Therefore, it is essential to regularly check the thickness of the blade, as it affects their load-bearing capacity.

Avoid lifting loads with the tips of the forks or only with one of them.

Ensure timely technical inspections of the forks, not less frequently than every 12 months. 

The forks come with a declaration of conformity, necessary for obtaining the UDT certificate, attesting to their quality and safe use.
