Forklift Alternator Toyota 7/8F – 12V 50A, 1DZ diesel engine

This alternator fits Toyota 7 and 8 series forklifts equipped with the 1DZ diesel engine. The 12V and 50A parameters match the electrical system used in these models.

OEM numbers: 27060-78203-71, 27060-78202-71.

Construction

The housing is made of aluminum. The design matches the mounting system used in the 1DZ engine, which allows installation without modifying the mounting points.

The alternator has an internal voltage regulator and fan.

At the rear of the housing, there are:

  • electrical connector (2-pin plug)
  • power output terminal (stud with nut)

Mounting

The alternator is mounted using a two-point system:
