ES12-12ES electric pallet stacker 1200 kg

The ES12-12ES is a 1200 kg electric pallet stacker designed with a strong focus on stability, operator visibility and safe load control when working with the mast. The model features a straddle-leg chassis, a tiller positioned on the left side, a protective plexiglass panel and a low-speed mode activated after the forks are raised. Electric drive, lifting and lowering reduce operator effort during everyday pallet handling.

The stacker is available with lifting heights of 3000 and 3300 mm, making it easier to match the truck to the racking height and the way pallets are placed.

Straddle-leg chassis and stable work at the rack

The straddle-leg chassis improves the stability of the stacker and reduces the risk of tilting when working with a load on the mast. This is especially important when placing pallets on higher rack levels, where smooth handling and precise fork positioning matter.

The nominal capacity of the ES12-12ES is 1200 kg at a 600 mm load centre. When working with pallets, it is important to consider not only the weight of the load, but also how the goods are distributed and the height to which the load will be lifted.

Side-mounted tiller for better visibility

The tiller with control buttons is located on the left side of the stacker. This arrangement improves visibility in front of the mast and makes it easier to monitor the position of the forks while manoeuvring. The operator can control pallet approach, truck positioning and load placement on the rack more precisely.

Electric drive and fork operation

The ES12-12ES has electric drive, electric lifting and electric fork lowering. The 2.2 kW lifting motor operates the mast, while the 0.65 kW drive motor allows the truck to be moved without pushing a heavy load manually.

The lifting speed is 120 mm/s with load and 220 mm/s without load. This makes the stacker suitable for repeated pallet placement at a defined height, without manual hydraulic pump operation.

Speed control with raised forks

After a certain lifting height is exceeded, the stacker switches to low-speed mode. This safety function reduces the risk of sudden manoeuvres when the pallet is positioned higher above the floor.

The truck is also equipped with an electromagnetic brake, a power disconnect switch and a safety button. The protective plexiglass panel at the mast separates the operator from the lifting mechanism.

Gel batteries 2 × 12 V / 105 Ah

The power source consists of two 12 V gel batteries with a capacity of 105 Ah. Gel batteries are sealed and easier to use on a daily basis than traditional batteries with liquid electrolyte, as they do not require topping up with distilled water.

The Curtis battery charge indicator helps monitor the energy level during operation. Access to the components is made easier by a removable rear panel, which is useful during inspections and routine technical maintenance.

Dimensions and manoeuvring

The ES12-12ES has an overall length of 1730 mm and an overall width of 800 mm. The turning radius is 1408 mm, and the minimum working aisle width for an 800 × 1200 mm pallet is 2150 mm.

The forks are 1150 mm long, 170 mm wide and have a 570 mm outside spread. The minimum fork height is 80 mm, allowing the stacker to enter under standard warehouse pallets. Polyurethane wheels and rollers are intended for use on smooth indoor floors.
