Alternator G224 for Bułgar Forklifts DV1661, DV1733, DV1786, DV1792

The alternator is intended for Bułgar (Balkancar) forklift trucks of models DV1661, DV1733, DV1786 and DV1792. It is a replacement for part number 267408 and corresponds to the design of the G224 alternator used in these machines.

It operates in a 12V system and generates a charging voltage of approximately 14V with a current of around 40–45A.

Construction and design

The alternator housing is made of aluminium.

The pulley works with the V-belt used in Perkins D2500 and Perkins D3900 engines.

The mounting system keeps the alternator in a stable position during engine operation.

The integrated voltage regulator controls the charging process.
